Pricing Philosophy
We pride ourselves on keeping our design services affordable for entrepreneurs, small business and non-profit organizations. We recommend letting us know what your general design budget is for your particular project, and then we will be able to make appropriate recommendations accordingly. Do not be intimidated by the fact that you only have a small design project; we specialize in making your project an cost-effective reality!
Pricing Structure
Our low hourly rates are based primarily on the complexity of the design skills involved. Pricing is billed by the hourly rate, in 15 minute units. All prices are in Canadian funds (CA).
Basic Website Design and Creation: $60. - $75. CA /hour
Basic Website Maintenance (text updates): $60. CA /hour
Advanced Website Design: $75. - $125. CA /hour
Advanced Website Maintenance: $75. - $95. CA /hour
Custom Site Design: custom-designed layout, hierarchy and navigational graphics using client-supplied content and images. May also include such optional features as contact forms, date/time scripts, CGI and javascripts, databases, discussion forums, mailing lists, web stats programs and analysis, meta tags, search engine optimization, web hosting and email services. This service is offered for sites over 10 pages (excluding our Web Starter Kits) and starts at $3,000.00 CDN and up.
Domain Name Registration/Renewal and Processing Service:
.CA, .COM, .NET, .ORG domains: $ 35.00 CA per year
Domain Name Web Hosting: We host our clients' domains, as well as our own, on T3 servers; with a 99.5% uptime guarantee. Extensive list of optional features and services available. See our web hosting packages price list.
Graphic Design Services: $60. - $95. CA /hour
Image Retouching: $75. CA /hour (min. 1/2 hour)
Image Optimization (for web usage): $75. CA /hour (min. 1/2 hour)
PDF Document Creation or Formatting: $60. - $75. CA /hour
* (Hours are supplied during regular work hours, emergency work requested by clients during off-hours is billed at time-and-a-half to double-time, depending on the level of rush as well as the size and complexity of services requested. Minimum charge of 1 hour on emergency service.)
